We had our Master bedroom closet organizer installed this week and we could not be happier. Christian, our designer  was always professional, personable, prompt and willing to work with the several design changes we made without any hassle. My emails and phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. The Closet Factory staff was always very professional and very willing to meet our needs and requests. We had interviewed several other companies and my gut feeling told me The Closet Factory would provide us with the best service at the best price. They did not disappoint.

I have nothing but complimentary things to say about the Closet Factory. We had the fortunate opportunity to work directly with the owner (Uri Rosenberg). We were using a designer to source a fairly extensive remodel of our home office and TV room, and were admittedly a bit skeptical of using a closet store for our built ins. Uri insisted that we would not be disappointed in the quality and end result despite the significantly lower cost when compared to custom wood built ins.  Uri did not disappoint.  He made sure the specs were executed to perfection and his crew just this week completed a built-in wraparound desk in my office, shelving and filing drawers in my closet, and a custom book case and entertainment unit in my TV room -- using high-quality laminate made to order. Honestly you can't even notice the difference between laminate and wood.  We have just enhanced the value of our house in an extremely cost effective manner. I would recommend the Closet Factory to anyone who is considering using them.  The quality, attention to detail, and personalized attention and responsiveness is absolutely fantastic.

I had a great experience with closet factory. Working with them felt like working with a a small family owned business (it's a franchise). The designer (Ron) spent hours with me at my condo figuring out the perfect design and helping me with pricing.  I didn't feel pressured at all. The installers showed up exactly on time and were super quick, professional and friendly. And most importantly the closet looks fantastic. I didn't really know what to expect from the design, but it's perfect and fits my perfectly in the space and looks really sharp. I shopped around quite a bit and their price and service combination are very competitive. Overall, great experience.

I recently had closets designed and installed by the Closet Factory.  I don't like to give the highest rating because I believe there is always room for improvement.  Honestly, I can't think of a single thing they should improve.  David Rosenberg was my designer.  He was SUPERB.   He has so much experience designing closets he knew the solution before I knew I had a problem.  He was effortless in working through the design, he was amiable and funny.  After 5 minutes at the kitchen table, I felt like inviting him to dinner.  And if that wasn't enough, he helped me get through to Comcast (I had just moved in) by finding a phone number with a person on the other end!!  Amazing customer service. 

I waited to post my review till after the installation.  They installers were excellent.  Very knowledgable, polite and they obviously knew their craft.  I even had them install an old closet system in the garage that has been disassembled and reassembled at least 7 times.  They put it together with ease.  I highly recommend David Rosenberg and the Closet Factory if you want personal and excellent customer service.
